Our purpose
UNDA was founded to bring together fragmented property data and make it accessible through AI and BI solutions.
Property Developers prepare development applications without knowing how the panel has ruled on similar proposals, which compliance arguments succeed, or which planning consultants have the strongest track records. Building strata (condo) managers compete for buildings without seeing which contracts may be coming up for renewal in their AGM, which competitors are growing, or which suburbs are underserved.
Both are information problems — and both have been unsolved until now.
UNDA was built to answer these questions with data, not assumptions. We've analysed thousands of development applications and panel decisions across multiple councils. We've mapped every strata scheme in NSW, linked them to their managers, and tracked changes over time. The result is two intelligence platforms that give property professionals an edge nobody else can offer.

Dan Milberg
Founder
Dan is a technology founder who turns fragmented public records into structured intelligence platforms. He previously helped build and scale RxTROSPECT Oncology Analytics, a precedent intelligence tool for biotech and pharma teams navigating drug approval pathways.
With UNDA, he designed the database architecture, built the extraction pipelines, and structured the datasets that power both products from the ground up — covering 89,000+ strata schemes and 12,000+ development applications across NSW.
